That Which is Small is an ambient composition and video work that evokes a quiet mourning for the attention we once gave the natural world. Long, melancholic tones stretch across the soundscape, where artificial birdsong flickers—mechanical, distant, and deliberately uncanny. These ghostly calls do not mimic nature but point to its absence, reminding us of what it means to listen, and what has gone unheard.

Accompanying the sound is a visual sequence of flowers, insects, and microscopic life. Each captured in soft decay, dissolving in the aesthetic of aged cinema: grainy textures, faded colors, and flickering frames.
