Equinox Multimedia is an audiovisual collective based between Buenos Aires and Berlin, formed by three artists working across video, design, and electronic art. United by a desire to collaborate, share processes, and challenge aesthetic norms, the group moves fluidly between analog and digital practices to create visuals that are raw, cerebral, and uncompromising.

With a brutalist visual language defined by reduced color palettes, sharp contrasts, and bold compositions, Equinox operates at the intersection of experimental media and critical theory. Their work draws on influences ranging from Dadá to Donna Haraway, from glitch to Xenofeminism, engaging themes like identity, corporality, acceleration, and psychological fragmentation.

Equinox produces visual content for live sets, editorial projects, branded work, and multimedia installations. Whether composing generative video systems in TouchDesigner or building layered collages in Photoshop, their output resists surface aesthetics in favor of deeper visual inquiry. The collective often grounds its creative process in dialogue with contemporary thinkers, using philosophy and theory as raw material for visual construction.

Collaboration is core to their methodology: roles shift fluidly depending on the demands of each project, allowing for individual expertise.
